What is Reformer Village?
Reformer Village is an equipment-based, group Pilates studio in downtown Clarendon Hills. Our thoughtful and athletic approach to Pilates will provide you with an amazing workout so you can feel your best. We think you'll love our customized Reformers and Chairs too :)
Pilates is a form of exercise designed to increase your strength, improve your flexibility and posture, and enhance your mental awareness. It can be performed on an exercise mat (harder than it sounds) or through the use of specialized equipment designed to not just increase difficulty, but provide support. It's a sophisticated workout that takes practice and patience and it is so rewarding!
What if I just want to try one class or I'm visiting the area?
If you're looking to try one class or you're bringing a friend or family member to try it out you have two options:
(1) You can create a Mindbody account and purchase a single class pass and book into any class. If it's your first time we do recommend Foundations to start.
(2) If you don't want to create a Mindbody account because you're just visiting then please give us a call at 630-209-5516 or email us at reformervillage@gmail.com. We will reserve a spot for you and then you can pay once you're here or Venmo us.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class reservation at least 12-hours prior to class start time with no penalty and the class credit will be available for you to rebook.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE THROUGH YOUR MINDBODY ACCOUNT (not through email, text or voicemail).
A class that is cancelled less than 12-hours prior to start time is considered a “Late Cancel” and will be forfeited.
A class that is booked but not attended is considered a “No Show” and will be forfeited.
Is there an age limit to taking Reformer classes?
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to attend class. Please contact the studio if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 16.
What is your refund policy for class passes and apparel?
All apparel sales (shirts and socks) are final. There are no refunds on class passes or private sessions. However, you may “gift” your remaining classes/sessions to another client.
