Ashlee Tinken
Ashlee's journey into Pilates began in 2012 in an attempt to get her physique back after pregnancy; what she found was a demanding physical practice and unknown strength deep inside her core. To complement her career in physical therapy, she continued to complete a comprehensive training program in 2014 with Body Arts and Science International. Today she provides an integrative approach to mind body wellness. She uses a method of teaching movement that is dynamic, athletic and physically challenging with a strong focus on proper form and execution.
